2. Built in Regulated Power supply : 0-5V DC/100 mA continuously variable.

0-20V DC/100 mA continuously variable.

3. Following parts provided on Single PCB with connecting terminals.

MOSFET – 2N7000

SCR – BT 151

IGBT
